Premiere: How to CC Receipt Emails

You can CC your email on all customer receipts. This will send you a copy of all customer receipts so you can ensure the events are configured correctly. Also serve as order tracking in your email. Please follow these steps to add this function. 

1. Login to the admin

2. Click "Settings" on the left hand menu

3. Click "Receipts" under "Settings"

4. Click on the "CC Receipts" tab

5. Enter your desired email address to be CC'ed 

6. Click the "Save" button

This will copy you on every order from every event. To see how to copy yourself per event see below.

You can copy your email per event, so as not to receive emails from every single event.

1. Login to the admin

2. Click Events on the left hand menu

3. Click Events in the sub menu

4. Click on the desired event's name

5. Click on the "Receipts & Confirmations" tab

6. Add in your email to the "Send Receipts To:" box
