Step 1:
On your receipt select “Your Account” to access your customer account
Step 2: Log in using the email you purchased your ticket with, if the account was created upon purchase use same password you created then. If not you can create a new password
Step 3: Select the settings icon on the right side next to your order. Then select “Change Order” in the dropdown below settings.
Step 4: Click on “Switch to a different event” and select the date you wish to change to
Step 5: Click on the “change” button to select what ticket types you would like. Afterwards select the time slot you wish to attend
Step 6: enter your name and credit card information to complete changing your ticket to a different day.
