Overview:
TicketSocket’s integration with Jampack allows you to offer bundled ticket & hotel packages directly through your branded site. This integration helps increase ancillary revenue, streamline operations, and enhance the attendee experience—all while keeping your brand front and center.

Integration Summary

With this integration, your attendees can:

  • Purchase tickets and hotel accommodations in a single transaction

  • Choose from curated experiences or custom room block packages

  • Access exclusive add-ons like VIP perks, merchandise, or event access

  • Enjoy a smooth checkout experience powered by Jampack, with all ticket data automatically flowing into TicketSocket

Integration Models

Jampack offers two integration flows:

1. Bundled Checkout Flow (Primary Model)

  • Tickets and hotels are purchased together in one checkout experience.

  • Hosted on a custom-branded Jampack landing page.

  • Fully white-labeled with your event’s branding.

  • Best suited for events with pre-sale ticket demand and travel-based audiences.

2. Post-Purchase Upsell (Optional)

  • After a ticket is purchased via TicketSocket, the confirmation page includes a link or iframe to Jampack’s hotel offers.

  • Ideal for users exploring travel after purchasing tickets.
