Stripe customers are able to torn Apple Pay on or off. To turn Apple Pay on please navigate you your Stripe account and  complete the following steps.

1. Click Settings on the top right.
2. Click Payment Methods in the first box under the Product Settings.

3. Click the Edit Settings link under Your Account

4. Scroll down to the Wallet section and click on Apple Pay – then select Turn off
