Premiere: Advanced Teams Settings

Note: These settings are only shown when you have teams enabled globally. Click Here for a brief article on how to enable this feature.

In cases where you would like to create tickets specific to a relay team owner and their respective members we created Disable Join Team and Disable Create Team to support. These disable a user's ability to use these team features in checkout.

Both settings can be found by:

  1. Selecting the ticket you wish to adjust.
  2. Going to the Advanced tab.

  3. Selecting Disable Join Team or Disable Create Team respectively.

If you wish to have a ticket not join, or create a team you can also utilize Skip Team Questions which will bypass the need to use this feature at all.
