Premiere: Using Email Templates

To better use our communications forms, like Invite Only, we built the ability to create and use Email Templates.

This will allow you to send unique messages for different languages or customer needs. To use this feature:

  1. Navigate to the Manage>Email Templates section of the site.
  2. Click Add New to start a new template
  3. Set the Name and Type (The type is used to defer which communication form we can use it in, see the list below for usable types).

  4. Input your information into the Body and Custom Section fields. These are used to segment information in the corresponding email, leading to better formatting and legibility.
