Premiere: How to change a customer's password

You can change a customer's username or password if they cannot login. Customer's can always use the forgot password feature but if they choose to email you. Then you can reset it on their behalf. To do this:

1. Click People
2. Click Customers
3. Find customer by name search
4. Click on the Edit/wrench icon next to their name
5. Enter new password in change password field
6. Click Save
