Premiere: How to CC Receipt Emails

You can CC (Carbon Copy) your email address on all of your customer's receipts. When an email address is added this way each processed order will sent a receipt to the customer as well as the email address provided – a feature often used for the purposes of event tracking, file-keeping & back-up, as well as generally keeping an eye on sales.

To add this function globally please do the following: 

  1. Login to the admin.
  2. Click Settings on the left-hand menu.
  3. Click Receipts on the sub-menu beneath.
  4. Click on the CC Receipts tab.
  5. Enter your desired email address to be CC'ed .
  6. Click the Save button.

This will copy you on every order from every event.

To add this function per event please do the following:

  1. Login to the admin.
  2. Click Events on the left-hand menu.
  3. Click Events in the sub-menu beneath.
  4. Select the desire event.
  5. Click on the Receipts & Confirmations tab
  6. Add your email to the Send Receipts To: text-field.
  7. Click the Save button.
