Premiere: How to Turn On Participant Information

Participant information is crucial for clients to gather attendees information so they have a comprehensive list ahead of time to make sure everything is in check. When Participant Information is on it will gather basic information such as first and last name, email and birthday for every ticket sold.

1. Log in to the admin page with the extension /admin/plugs

2. Click on Settings on the left hand menu 

3. Click on "Participants"

3. Check "Ask for Participant Info" on

Once this is turned on, you will need to check the box for any of the following for those to be asked on the checkout

Name - Select to ask for the Participant's Name on checkout

Email - Select to ask for the Participant's Email on checkout

Gender - Select to ask for the Participant's Gender on checkout

Birthday - Select to ask for the Participant's Date of Birth on checkout

Phone - Select to ask for the Participant's Phone Number on checkout

Company - Select to ask for the Participant's Company on checkout

Title - Select to ask for the Participant's Title on checkout

4. Click the Save Button 

This does save the information globally, so it will affect every event. To change it to per event/ per ticket type click here for information on how.
