A team roster can be viewed by team captain or by an admin. Viewing the team roster will allow team captains or admins to prepare beforehand for any team-related events.
For Team Captains to view their roster, please see the instructions below.
1. Login to the my account page at https://yoursiteurl.com/my-account
2. On the left menu, click the My Teams item
3. Select the event you wish to view the roster for
4. Select the team you wish to view the roster for
5. The page will then display a list of all the roster for the currently selected team
For Admins to view a team roster, please see the instructions below.
1. Login to your TicketSocket admin
2. On the left menu, click People and then Teams
3. Click the Action Menu to the right of the team you'd like to view the roster for
5. Click View/Edit from the options on the Action Menu
6. Click the Team Members tab of this page
