Creating Categories will allow you to group events together on the event list, easing the use of customers who are looking across many events.
1. Login to the admin page of your TicketSocket site
2. Click Categories on the left menu
3. Click the Categories Page toggle to ON, which will convert your event list to a list of categories
4. Click Add New on the top right corner of the page
5. Enter a Category Title
6. Select Existing or Add a New category group
Please note that for these category groups to work, they will need either the group locations or types
7. Enter in a Category URL
Please note this only accepts a-z, 0-9, -, and _ characters
8. Hide Category Title: Turning this on will hide the category title on the front end of your site. Turning this off will show the category title
9. Upload a Category Image (Optional) which will show on the listing for that category on the front end of the site
10. Enter in a List Text which will show on the listing for that category on the front end of the site
11. Click the Save button
