Your ticketsocket site will default to no-reply@yourdomain.com for your email receipts. You can change that to another email. We recommend that the email address you use be @yourdomain.com since it will effect deliverability if it's another domain.
Here's how to change the from email.
1. Settings
2. General
3. Enter email address in the "from Email" field
4. Enter Name in the "from name" field
5. Click Save
