You can change the sender email for your receipts. We recommend that you use an email @yourdomain.com to avoid spam filters. It's default to no-reply@yourdomain.com(recommended) But you can change it if necessary. Here's how to do that
1. Login to the admin page of your TicketSocket site
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on General
4. Scroll down to the "Outgoing Mail" section
5. Enter in the email address with "@yourdomain.com" for the domain
6. Click "Update Settings" to save your changes
