Premiere: How to create users access levels

You can create different access levels to the dashboard for the people in the organization. Here's how to do that:

  • Login to the admin page of your TicketSocket site
  • Click on People
  • Click on Users
  • Click the Create New User tab
  • Select Access Level
  • Limit to events or leave blank 
  • create a unique username login
  • create a password (you can also change the password and username from this area)
  • Send credentials to the newly created user
