You can create different access levels to the dashboard for the people in the organization. Here's how to do that:
- Login to the admin page of your TicketSocket site
- Click on People
- Click on Users
- Click the Create New User tab
- Select Access Level
- Limit to events or leave blank
- create a unique username login
- create a password (you can also change the password and username from this area)
- Send credentials to the newly created user
