Premiere: How to access Chargeback Response Page and download it as a PDF

Our charge back response page built into our Orders manager can help you dispute claims from customers, you can save it as a PDF to easily send it through email. 

Follow these steps to view and save your charge back response as a PDF

  • Log in to your Ticketsocket Admin for your site
  • Click on Orders > Order manager
  • Click on the "Actions" wrench next to the order in question
  • Click on "Chargeback response"
  • Right click on your chargeback response page and hit print or hit Ctrl + P to print
  • Once on the print preview screen click on "change" and select Save as PDF
  • Choose the location you wish to save your file and you're all set!
