Our charge back response page built into our Orders manager can help you dispute claims from customers, you can save it as a PDF to easily send it through email.
Follow these steps to view and save your charge back response as a PDF
- Log in to your Ticketsocket Admin for your site
- Click on Orders > Order manager
- Click on the "Actions" wrench next to the order in question
- Click on "Chargeback response"
- Right click on your chargeback response page and hit print or hit Ctrl + P to print
- Once on the print preview screen click on "change" and select Save as PDF
- Choose the location you wish to save your file and you're all set!
