Premiere: Ensure Your Wave Times are Displaying Properly

Wave times can be set throughout the duration of an event and will allow customers to choose a time interval they’d like to use to attend said event. They are a valuable tool for certain events but there are some steps to take to ensure they appear on checkout and that that your customers can select them.
  1. Login to your Ticketsocket admin (YOUR_TICKETSOCKET_URL/admin)
  2. Click on Settings > Checkout > Participants
  3. Make sure that Ask for Participant Info at the top is ON
  4. Check Show Wave Time Tab so the Wave Time tab appears in your event’s settings
  5. Save
